Snapshots

WorkSpace users and Teamspaces can be configured to make daily backups or Snapshots of the entire file tree.

  • When activated, a version of your files as they were each day is retained.
  • The stored versions are accessible from their own area in the file manager enabling you to restore historical versions of files.
  • It's possible to remove whole snapshots to free up space, but files with a snapshot cannot be edited, move or renamed so you can be sure your historical data will remain safe.

Virus scanning

WorkSpace prevents the irritation of viruses, malware and other clutter from damaging productivity and frees you from the burden of maintaining up-to-date virus software on your PCs.

  • Whenever files are created or modified, WorkSpace scans them for viruses and malware - should anything hostile be found, users are alerted!
  • You can choose what to do when a threat is identified.

Branding

  • WorkSpace offers you the ability to brand the online file manager interface seen by your staff and by external parties when users share files with them.
